Saturday Morning

I can't wait to have my house back.

Cecilia got into town last Sunday, left yesterday morning (we took her to the bus depot [which I keep trying to type as "train station"] at like 4:45 in the morning... got home at 5:20 and passed out again...)

I had a few hours to do whatever yesterday afternoon, so I went to Marvel College to have my hair cut and dyed. It feels so much better.

Came home and did a bit of laundry, and then Karnal (from Victoria) and Becca (from Kelowna) got into town. They roadtripped it out here for a few days =)

So yeah, they stayed at our place last night, and will tonight as well.


It's awesome having friends around, I feel like I'm actually part of society for once (haha?)... but I miss having the privacy to walk around the house in my jammies all the time if I want to.

Another awesome note: I bought an HP monitor from Karnal, so now I have a dual-monitor setup for my computer :) We rearranged the living room a bit last night, so now I have everything sitting on my desk [yay, finally using it!], and Rory's setup (he bought an Acer monitor) is on the coffee table. My parents are going to give us a desk when we move next, so he'll have that.

Actually, Rory *does* have a desk... it just has a TV, two game consoles and a printer on top of it. And another TV underneath.


Okay, we own too many electronics.
