I didn't wake up until about 12:30 today. Actually, not quite true. The first few times I woke up were in between 6:30 and 8:00, when all of our alarms (2 phones and an iPod Touch, yes it does take us that much to wake up in the morning) were going off.
Naturally, I kind of hit a few buttons and then tossed my phone onto the floor, then rolled over and snuggled back in for more cuddles.
I don't even remember Rory getting up for work, really. But he came back and gave me a kiss goodbye and tucked me back into bed since I really had no intentions of waking up at a normal time on my day off, and I dozed off again.
But now I'm awake. We're going to my parents' place in four hours for a barbecue (that word has such a weird spelling, I could've sworn there is a Q in it!), and I really should get dressed (i'm in my jammies and my fuzzy blue housecoat that Rory bought me for Christmas) and, at the very least, clean our room.
I think I'll take a few pictures of our house while I do it, too... I mean, what better public humiliation on a blog that nobody reads than to post photographic evidence of my messiness? Haha.
On a side note, we went to Iron Man 2 last night. Now, I confess that I haven't even seen the *first* Iron Man movie, so obviously I had no knowledge of the backstory developed in that film.... but it was still REALLY good.
And seriously, Scarlett Johansson is absolutely STUNNING.
