... that's pretty much all that Shadow has been doing all evening since we got home from work + buying him a flying saucer and heater. I was so worried about him all day today, he seemed cold this morning and I really didn't want him to try to force hibernation (bad news bears for a hedgie).
But he's doing okay, just... kinda freaked-out and doing this little nervous sounding snuffle and hopping around. His quills are all out. I wish he'd calm down a bit and relax around us =(
(Can you tell that I'm a bit impatient yet?)
Every time he relaxes and lets his quills down, he startles himself and gets all panicked again. Poor little spikeball.
Something tells me that a newborn baby would almost be easier than a frightened hedgehog right about now.
