How, you ask?
I bought a bottle of Agave syrup from DavidsTea on Thursday... it was $7, a bit pricey in my opinion, but we'll see how long it lasts. I might try to find it at Costco next time, someone (possibly Jen?) told me that they'd seen it there for cheaper.
I did a count yesterday, and I have almost 20 tins/sachets of tea sitting in the cupboard. And of course they're on the second shelf, so I can't even reach the back of the shelf to get to them all. I'm thinking about either buying or building myself a little wooden box to put them in on the counter.
Also! I discovered a new blog to follow thanks to the DavidsTea newsletter: Lah Tea Dah. =D Excellentness.
I'm jealous of her tea set, haha. But at the same time, I'm perfectly content with my ceramic infuser mugs. And I do have a Delft tea set at my parents' place... but that won't get to come over here until we have a new place and room to storage it. Preferably in a china cabinet.
Tonight is thanksgiving dinner at my parents' place. I'm stoked. And baking some baking powder biscuits for it... but I need Rory to pick up some milk for me so I can actually finish making them. I'm ridiculously excited for my grandpa's homemade pumpkin pie.

Last year's pie. Omnomnomnomnom. |
Frustrating note: Rory broke another tooth :( we were out last night and eating nachos, and he took out a piece of one of his left 4 (I think?)... not as bad as the one on the right side, but it wrecked our evening and we ended up going home shortly thereafter. We can't even afford to get any dental work done right now, this is so stupid and frustrating. I think I might talk to my grandparents about using a bit of my education money to get MY teeth fixed next August.
BLAH. I need to stop thinking about the frustrating parts and just prep myself for dinner tonight. Yay, gluttony!

Costco does have Agave. It's 8.97 for 2 bottles, both twice the size of the one at David's.
