A list of EVERY SINGLE TEA I own/have owned, and a mini review.
Also known as "Proof of Andraea's Tea Addiction"
Spring Collection:
- irish cream: (black tea)-- really heavy and sweet, best sweetened with stevia. I wasn't a huge fan of it prepared solely with water, but adding milk softens it up nicely.
- spring break: (green tea)-- DELICIOUS. It's a steamed green tea with young coconut, delicious and airy. I bought a full tin of it.
- pink (organic): (herbal tea)-- I think that it's been incorporated into their full collection now. Lavender-chamomile tea, nice and light herbal tea. Comfort classic for me.
- cherry blossom: (mixed teas)-- Not *huge* on this one, it seemed a bit tooo flowery for me. I still have a bit though if you want to try it!
Summer Collection:
- white malibu: (white tea)-- lovely! White tea and coconut, it's fantastic iced.
- xanadu: (fruit/herbal tea)-- This is probably my favourite iced tea from this past summer, I bought TWO full tins of it for myself at the end of summer (which was a super smart move on my part, they fully ran out of it!). Berries berries berries. And rosehips and hibiscus. I'll make this for you sometime, Alyssha =) I also bought my mom a tea pincer and a tin of this and she made it iced, too.
Fall Collection:
- pumpkin chai: (black tea)-- OH MY GOODNESS. Liquid pumpkin pie. Seriously. Spicy and warm and comforting. I need to remember to buy another tin before the fall collection goes out. If you ever make this in non-latte form I will beat you. Chai MUST be ALWAYS made as a latte.
- strawberry rhubarb crumble: (white tea)-- I never though I would find a tea that legitimately tastes like the dessert. But this does, somehow? It's odd but quite good. Nice and light.
Year-Round Teas:
- lapsang souchong star: (black tea)-- my buddy David loves this tea, but for me it would probably be best used as a rub for steak or something. Smells like campfire. Not a huge fan of the taste.
- pure chai: (black tea)-- This is easily one of the best chai teas I've been able to find. I'm kinda picky, I like one that has a good spice base but still leaves room for adding your own spices as well. Worth buying, and Rory loves it!
- the earl's garden: (black tea)-- I'm not a huge fan of earl grey-type teas, but I really enjoy this one because you can definitely taste the fruit in it. A nice "breakfast on my day off" tea.
- genmaicha: (green tea)-- As funny as it sounds, this tea is a green tea with roasted brown rice in it... and some of the rice has popped! I love it, it reminds me of the popped rice my mom used to cook us when we were growing up. Sweet but still a nice rounded green tea. It reminds me of being 10 years old again.
- dragon pearls: (green tea)-- a rolled green tea, very classical "dim sum". Enjoyable, but it's easy to oversteep. When I'm putting it in my tea ball to take to work, I only take about 6-7 pearls. That's usually plenty.
- lavender zen: (green tea)-- lavender and green tea? It knocks me right out, nice and relaxing.

Citron Oolong. |
- citron oolong: (oolong)-- the first time I had this it was iced. I love it, took it to work today. It's also quite good when mixed with Three Lemon Green. Not too overpoweringly lemony, either.
- tuo cha bonbons: (pu'erh tea)-- This gets ridiculously strong really fast, so I have to watch it steep really carefully. One pu'erh cake is enough to make more than a full-sized pot of tea (and my teapot is teeny... and I use an infuser mug most of the time). Licoricey sweet though.
- coffee pu'erh: (pu'erh tea)-- Rory enjoys it. I can't have it because of the almond extract in it, but it smells like chocolate and coffee.
OH WAIT, EDIT! I was wrong! There's no almond extract in it. And dang, does it ever make a delicious latte.
- dulce and banana: (herbal tea)-- I've only had this one, but it's delicious and comforting. Then again, I love almost anything with chamomile in it.
- exotica: (herbal tea)-- I had this on a day where I was stuffed up. It's gingery and delicious.
- peppermint amour: (herbal tea)-- Classic peppermint, nomnomnomnomnom.
- caramel pear: (rooibos tea)-- I'm a huuge fan. Rory likes it too, and he tends to be a rooibos fan more than anything else.
- green & fruity: (rooibos tea)-- while I'm not the biggest fan of this, I bought it because it smelled and tasted faintly like fuzzy peaches. (for Rory). Papaya, apple, mango and peach. Nice light combination, would probably be delicious iced!
- raspberry nectar (organic): (rooibos tea)-- This is a more tart tasting raspberry, very different from most traditional raspberry teas but still quite enjoyable.
- three lemon green (organic): (rooibos tea)-- really good when you're sick, better than NeoCitron for sure! Plus a lot better for you. I really enjoy it hot mixed with Citron Oolong.
Other:
- champagne: (white tea)-- this is part of a limited edition collection, it's nice and light but still realllly flavourful. I can see it being fantastic iced.
Okay, I think that's pretty much it for my DavidsTea collection! I also have a couple generic teas... a chamomile, orange pekoe, that type of thing.

(please don't beat me)... I've never had chai tea..or a tea latte. I have a coco chai rooibos, but I haven't tried it yet.
I'm definitely gonna take your recommendations for: caramel pear, raspberry nectar, orchid oolong, dragon pearls, and xanadu.
I'm not a big black tea fan (I mostly drink green and white teas) and I'm not a fan of The Earl's Garden.
