I am currently sitting in a camp chair in front of EB Games, waiting for the midnight release of Starcraft 2. Why? Because I decided that I should suck it up and start playing a video game with Rory. And seeing as how I can't stand WoW (as well as the fact that we can play SC2 as a PvP game), it's worth a shot.
At the very worst, all I'll do is play it by myself against an easy-level computer character.
And on the bright side, this'll keep Rory from being glued to his Paladin on WoW for a little while (hopefully). As all of my gamer friends know, I don't quite have the same addictive personality when it comes to video games that Rory does. So it won't consume my life... Not that it would have ANYways, but... Yeah.
Augh, I'm chilly. And the bugs here are awful.
Just for the record, I am one of *three* females in line right now. Actually, I'm the first person in line. And quite possibly the most "normal" person... Not that normalcy counts for anything, but... I feel slightly fish out of water.
Clareview is such a bizarre area of town. Not *quite* as sketchy as I used to think... But then again, I've ALWAYS got Rory with me when I'm over here.
... I still can't believe I've been sitting here since 9:30. Good thing I have my copy of "Ender's Game" with me.
