Dear Useless Co worker,

You've been in this company almost as long as I have. Why are you so completely incapable of taking initiative? How is it possible that I have to give you jobs to do?

You KNOW that we have to audit the entire store once per month. This isn't a new thing. So don't whinge about it and then sit on a stool doing jack-all. Make yourself useful, you're not paid to sit in the corner and do nothing.

Another thing: why is it that I, who bus/LRT all the way across the city, am ALWAYS either ON TIME or EARLY for work? You have a 20 minute drive and are late every day!!! Stop complaining about how you're not getting enough hours. You're completely disposable here, and would -get- more hours if you made yourself crucial to the team.

I don't care whether or not you "feel like" auditing your section, do it anyways. Your section = your responsibility.

To put it briefly:
Buck up or ship out.
